The subject of redemption is predicated upon the fact that God once created a perfect world and put a perfect man in His world to rule over it. This man that He created then disobeyed his command and yielded his position to a fallen angel called Satan who then used man’s authority to ruin the world God created. God, because of His love for man whom he created in His image then had to provide a way of reclaiming his man from Satan’s control and dominion by paying a price for man’s redemption. By sending Jesus of Nazareth to pay the price for man’s sin, man was therefore redeemed through the death, burial, resurrection of Jesus and the acceptance of his blood as the means of remission of the sin of man.
